Cocoa-Banana Overnight Oats

If you liked the Overnight Oats from last month, you’ll love this beauty! This Cocoa-Banana Overnight Oat recipe is perfect for all you chocolate lovers. The banana gives the right amount of sweetness while the cocoa delivers a delicate chocolaty taste without adding an overwhelming amount of sugar. I usually make 2 servings Sunday night and poor them inside small mason jars (keep in refrigerator). When morning rolls around add the toppings you desire. Breakfast on-the-go just got easier and cheaper!

Cocoa Banana Overnight Oats

(Makes 1 serving)

  • 3 oz. rolled oats
  • 1 oz. steel cut oats
  • ¾ c. original coconut milk (almond milk or regular 1% milk)
  • 1 large banana (mashed)
  • 2-3 tbsp. toasted almonds
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs for an added crunch
  • Blueberries or Strawberries  (optional)
