Perfect Avocado Toast (Healthy How-To Video)

If you’re familiar with the Avocado Toast, you may remember it’s usually made by smashing and spreading avocado on top of toast,then topping with the ingredients of your choice. Not so simple with this one!

This pretty little design is not hard to make but it’s not what I would choose to have for weekday breakfast when I’m rushing to get to work. This is for that “wow” factor. If you’re having a party or simply having people over for brunch. This thinly sliced avocado toast makes a big impression with very little work. The best part is you can make it your own by adding any ingredient you desire. This healthy choice is great as a snack or for breakfast! Add eggs, bacon, and you have a beautiful spread for family or friends.


 

What you need:

  • Avocado
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
  • Whole Wheat Bread (I used a bagel slice)

*Remember you can add anything that tastes good with avocado. Give it your own twist!
